How Garment Remodelling Works

Every project begins with a garment review. We look at the fabric, construction, condition, and the fit or redesign goals before discussing what can realistically be achieved.

After the assessment, we outline the concept, scope, and quote. For redesign work, approval comes before any additional steps, and supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed.

Our workshop handles dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects. Each piece is shaped around the garment itself, so the result depends on the material available and the structure already in place.

Before collection, the finished piece is reviewed again for fit or finish. Small final adjustments may be handled carefully at that stage, and care or pressing notes can be shared for the completed garment.
